I know not every boot barn is the same but the management and employees at the in location are very rude and yelled at my kids. they weren't misbehaving. they were just being kids. that plus the attitude towards me purchasing a pair of boots for the first time was annoying and left me feeling irritated. i recommend changing the staff..
